If you are ever in the mood for pizza, here is how you can make them for under 15 min at home!
Ingredients needed
This recipe is not only fast and easy but the best part of it is also that you probably have these ingredients in your house! All we really need are some toast/bread slices, marinara sauce, cheese, olive oil, and protein/veggies of your choice
Types of bread to use
You can really use any type of bread that you like, in this recipe, I am using shokupan (Japanese white loaf) simply because I have them laying in my kitchen at the time. Some of the bread that you can try out brown bread, baguettes(highly recommend!), brioche, and even sourdough.
Different cooking methods
- Oven/toaster oven – 390F for 7-10 minutes
- Air fryer – 390F for 7-10 minutes
- Microwave – 3-5 minutes
Preparation Process
Start by slicing up all the pizza toppings
spread marinara sauce evenly on toast, and add on mozzarella cheese, shallots, and all the rest of the toppings
bake it in at toaster oven for 7-10 minutes until the cheese is all melted and the edges are golden brown
Note: Do not!! bake them on a wooden board like how I did, as you can see I kind of brunt the edge of my chopping board but I guess it adds a little character to it :p
Breakfast Pizza
Easy breakfast pizza in under 15 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 piece of toast
- 2 tbsp marinara sauce
- 2 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 sliced shallot or onions
- sliced cilantros
- 5 pieces of sliced sausage/ pepperoni
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- chop up all the toppings (veggies and sausages)
- apply marinara sauce on toast and spread it out evenly
- add on mozzarella cheese, shallot, sliced cilantro, and sausages on the top
- drizzle it off with some olive oils
- bake in the toaster oven at 390F for 7-10 minutes

Notes
- Use mozzarella cheese for extra pull!
- feel free to customize the ingredients and adjust them based on what you have in your pantry
- you can also use an air fryer and microwave for this recipe, check the cooking options on this blog page
